MOLDS

In 1991, LPS started building molds for bonding rubber to a metal ring to make one of its patented products. This seal had to have molds from 22 to 1.25 inch outside diameter.

From there we started having request from rubber molding houses to build molds for their customers. 

Over the last 13 years, we have branched out to also build molds for molding urethane. We now design and manufacture molds for making various urethane products from rigid urethane to self skinning foamed urethane. The products have ranged from water and snow sports to exercise equipment. 

LPS has the engineering capability to design and manufacture the mold. If the customer desires to duplicate an existing product, by utilizing the Faro Arm, we can reverse engineer the product, create drawings and make its mold.
